For Ultimate plan subscribers using our API, we store:

2.4 Local Storage

Data stored locally on your device via Telegram CloudStorage or browser storage (not transmitted to our servers):

• Cached analysis results and price data
• Chart display filters (FVG, Order Blocks, Breakers, Liquidity)
• Default timeframe and symbol selections
• UI theme preferences
• Favorite symbols list
• Chart drawings and annotations
• Google AI API key (if you provide one for AI Analysis)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and personalize our trading analysis services
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account
• Process subscriptions and handle payments/refunds
• Enforce subscription-based access restrictions
• Implement rate limiting and prevent abuse
• Improve app performance and user experience

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 Server-Side Storage

Your account data is stored securely on AWS infrastructure:

• DynamoDB for user profiles, subscriptions, and settings
• Data encrypted at rest and in transit
• Access controlled via IAM policies

4.2 Network Security

All communications use secure HTTPS/TLS connections. Real-time market data is delivered via encrypted WebSocket connections.

4.3 Logging

We maintain logs for security and debugging purposes:

• API request logs (method, path, response status)
• Authentication events

• Subscription and payment events

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do NOT:

• Sell your personal information to third parties

• Clear cached data and reset local settings
• Cancel your subscription at any time
• Revoke API tokens (Ultimate plan)
• Request deletion of your server-side data by contacting support

7. Data Retention

• Account data: Retained while your account is active
• Subscription history: Retained indefinitely for billing records
• Payment records: Retained for refund processing and audit purposes
• API tokens: Automatically deleted 7 days after expiration
• Server logs: Retained for up to 90 days
• Local cache: Until you clear it or uninstall the app

8. Children's Privacy

Trading Scenarios is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Trading financial instruments requires legal age and capacity in your jurisdiction.

9. International Data Transfers

Our services are hosted on AWS infrastructure which may process data in various regions. By using Trading Scenarios, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, regardless of your location.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, features, or legal requirements. We will notify users of significant changes through the app. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
